Information
Little Miss Suicide EP represented a new phase for History Of Guns. It was their first CD release (previous releases being cassette only) and the songs were built and recorded onto a pc in the guns new recording studio 'Dustman Studios'. This led the band away from the chaotic jamming of their early work and towards a more structured approach involving the use of drum loops and sound effects.

This was the first release on the newly formed label, 'Liquid Len Records'.

The track 'Little Miss Suicide' was the result of a drunken Guns plan to experiment with different styles/genres, it was to be Suicide Pop. Another result of this experiment was 'Requiem' which appeared on the demo album, 'Enough Is Too Much'.
The EP includes the 'short suicide' version of Little Miss Suicide, the full length version can also be found on, 'Enough Is Too Much'.

This release is not currently available... there has been talk of a cd compilation of early History Of Guns works up to and including the Little Miss Suicide EP sketched in for release in 2005... watch this space!

Little Miss Suicide
(words & music by Stagger Lee)

1. Nothing can hurt you, nothing can stop this pain inside
And there's nothing you can do, little miss suicide
Feeling so blue, little miss suicide
Hates her view, little miss suicide

2. Shout it out, shut out all their voices
Close down your sheltered life
Bring you closer to god
Little miss suicide, no-one's going to miss you.

3. Change her hair, change her points of view
And the changes make her blue
Little miss suicide, feeling so blue
Little miss suicide nothing can stop you.

Ode To The Succubus
for Delilah Rose

(words and music by max rael)

1)
The shadows draw long,
This day is finally leaving.
The cruel malignant sun,
Must stop it's evil scheming.
Staring at the hours,
Patience long abandoned
The solitude of evening
Gives way to night of passion.

The light fades, and with it all my fear
The atmosphere's electric, I can feel her near
Her breath on my skin, her touch on my soul
The spell has been cast, she has absolute control.

The succubus, she comes to me,
Visits in the night;
Wringing the love out of me,
Our joined souls ignite.

(2)
Her soft pale skin,
Draws me further and further in.
Her long dark hair, invites me where,
Pleasure and pain, merge in the air.
I am her captive,
But would have it no other way;
Her frame looks so delicate,
Yet under her strength I stay.

The physical exchange of love, destroys the demons within.
The atmosphere's electric, couldn't wish for anything.
Except her breath on my skin, her touch on my soul.
The spell has been cast, she has absolute control.

The succubus, she comes to me,
Here in the night
Taking the love out of me,
Our joined souls ignite.

3)
And suddenly she's gone from me,
My physical form is spent,
My heart can beat no stronger than this,
Still yearning for her kiss.

Lying in the cold half-light,
I sense the new day dawning.
The passion of the night,
Gives way to lonely morning.

Secret Garden (vs4.0)
(words & music by alien/rael/stagger)

All her dreams they turn to nightmares
Make this all go away
And Jane, she is praying
It will not be her
Inside this garden
This secret garden

Jane, she's praying
Jane, she's praying
Inside the garden
Her secret garden

So make it all go away
Something must break
Beyond her control
Inside this garden
This secret garden

Jane, she's praying
Jane, she's praying
Inside the garden
Her secret garden

She talks to gargoyles
To bring her down
They hold the secret
That can't be found
They steal her light
So she can't see
And no one, no one...

Inside this garden
This secret garden
Inside the garden
Her secret garden
